What is PDRN and why is it special?
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a regenerative peptide made from purified salmon DNA. It's used in Korean dermatology clinics for scar healing and skin rejuvenation because it stimulates fibroblast activity — the cells that produce your own collagen. In a balm form, it delivers those same actives daily without the clinic bill.

Is this authentic Medicube?
Yes. We source directly from the Korean supplier. Every stick is sealed, batch-coded, and traceable to its factory batch.

Will the pink tint show on my skin?
Only just — it gives a soft, healthy flush rather than a lipstick colour. Suits every skin tone from fair to deep.

Can I use it around my eyes?
Yes. It's fragrance-light and dermatologist-tested for delicate skin, including under-eye.

Is it vegan?
No — it contains marine-sourced collagen and salmon-derived PDRN.

Is it safe in pregnancy?
The ingredients are generally considered pregnancy-safe. As with any new skincare during pregnancy, check with your GP before starting.

How long does one stick last?
Daily face use plus touch-ups: about 8–10 weeks.

3–5 business days to metro Australia, up to 7 to regional. Free over $50; flat $6.95 under. Dispatched from Sydney within 24 hours on weekdays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you email us at hello@multibalm.com within an hour of ordering. Once it's picked, we can't stop it — but you're covered by our 30-day return policy.

Do you ship overseas?
Not yet. Australia only for now.
