  • Delivery: 3–5 business days to metro, up to 7 to regional.
  • Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as it's picked up.

We currently ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and want the balm, email us at hello@multibalm.com — we're working on it.

How to return

  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop it at any Australia Post outlet.
  4. Refund lands in your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving it.
